At the Wellness Zone’s Natural Health Consultation Service, our mission is to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to health and well-being. Our traditional Naturopathic (ND) practice is centered on understanding the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and environment—to develop a personalized natural health plan that addresses the root cause of health concerns.

• Health history – Understanding past and present conditions.
• Family health history – Identifying potential genetic predispositions.
• Dietary habits – Evaluating nutrition and food choices.
• Health behaviors – Assessing lifestyle factors such as alcohol consumption, drug use, smoking, and exercise.
• Environmental influences – Considering potential exposures, including home contaminants, community surroundings,      and industrial pollutants.
• Supplement and medication review – Ensuring a balanced approach to natural and conventional treatments (contraindications awareness).

Our goal is to empower you with knowledge and natural solutions that align with your body’s needs, fostering optimal health and vitality through safe, effective, and natural interventions.

Note: First-time brief consultations (20-30 minutes) are free (no form required).

Regular consultations are $85 for the first session (complete form below). Any subsequent sessions are rated at $60 per hour).
